Caves at 12°C with an underground river and an archaeological museum, the largest visible bear ossuary in Europe.

The Grottes d'Azé are one of the local natural masterpieces. The tour takes in two of the seven caves discovered. You first follow the underground river, then enter the prehistoric section, occupied by cave bears and humans 300,000 years ago. In July and August, opt for a special children's tour or an oeno-geological discovery, to better understand, glass in hand, the close links between vines and geology. A visit by headlamp is also a great way to get to know the underground river.

Visite très sympa.La guide, qui était une étudiante,était fort sympathique et connaissait bien son sujet.Un plus pour elle, car elle faisait participer les jeunes enfants.Bravo à elle et merci.

Sortie en famille, nous avons eu la bonne idée de réserver pour une visite des grottes, tout le monde a apprécié, une guide au petit soin et très professionnelle, une belle visite très intéressante je recommande ????????
Le seul petit bémol les visites sont pour 30 personnes et nous n'avons pas pu poser toutes nos questions.

Les grottes d'Azé sont sublimes. À moins que se soit notre guide! Romane il me semble. 1h30 d'une expérience dynamique. J' y ai été avec des enfants, qu'elle a su intéresser. Superbe expérience. Très beau lieu d'histoire.
