Auval defines itself as an "artistic beer creation project". Owner Benoît Couillard wants small, local and, above all, personal. He embarked on this crazy project of a brewery farm built around a field of herbs, a berry orchard and a few beehives. The brewery's nectars include the divine Arcane 17 hop, the fruity Tite Framboëse and Framboëse, the long-keeping Cuvée Louis and the farmhouse Arrière-Pays. But Auval brews many other beers to discover.
