A guided tour to learn about the traditional wine making process
Located in the Conca del Tinar de Calonge, the Molla family has been carefully preserving tradition since 1338. The guided tour begins with an introduction to the peculiarities of the traditional wine-making process: use of sulfur, conservation in wooden barrels, spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts... You'll then visit the cellars, and the tour ends with a tasting in the house garden. Depending on the season, you can also buy cherries, pears, peaches, apricots...
