CHURCH OF SANT CRISTÒFOL DE COGOLLS
Visit this church and admire a wooden altarpiece from the 18th century that perfectly follows the curve of the apse
Mentioned in the will of a peasant named Vilmaud in the year 986, it is the oldest church in the Hostoles valley. Originally, the church had only one nave with a semicircular apse, but it was later enlarged with the addition of a sacristy, chapels and side altars. Inside the church there is a wooden altarpiece from the 18th century, which fits perfectly into the curve of the apse, as well as an image of Sant Cristòfol.
