La Fageda is a very famous dairy farm in northern Catalonia for its yaourts, milk, ice creams and jams for over 30 years. It is possible to make a guided tour of the facilities, allowing to learn more about the milking of cows, the processing of milk in yogurt and ice cream, through the discovery of different fermentation processes. At the end of the visit, a small audio-visual is presented to the public before going to a small tasting session with comments to support. An activity that will delight the smallest, but not that!
