SAN FELIU DE BEUDA CHURCH
A Romanesque building whose front door lock is interesting, with its carved dragon head and geometric patterns
This Romanesque building, narrower at the front than at the back, is remarkable for its three windows overlooking the columned entrance door - topped with double capitals - and the interior aisles. The baptismal immersion pillar, the most precious piece of art found in the church, dates from the 12th century: it is adorned with floral elements, blind arches and four figures in relief linked by sculptures depicting biblical landscapes from the scene of original sin. The front door lock is also interesting, with its carved dragon head and geometric motifs.
