Away from the beaten track is the restaurant La Torre with its pretty yellow façade. Almost exclusively frequented by locals, this traditional Catalan table has some good arguments, and the chef Pilar Fabrega is not without reason: cargols amb salsa (snails in sauce), carn a la brasa (grilled meat) and the anecdote of pagès rostit (roast farmhouse duck) should satisfy more than one, as should the very good homemade desserts. Apart from the local products, you will also appreciate the local wines and the family atmosphere.

LA GUIXERA

It was in 1920 that the Guixera opened its doors to become the region's first plaster factory, taking advantage of the dense quarries of Beuda. Not far from 100 years later, young and enthusiastic restaurateurs wishing to get closer to the countryside decide to reset the old factory: it was done in 2013, the restaurant of La Guixeria was born! Local and quality products form the basis of preparations: Xai ecològic (écologique), stones (seabream), graellada of carn (with grilled meat), potatoes al caliu amb allioli (potatoes at aioli). The wine menu does not blot with the menu, and desserts are real jewels. Booking recommended.
