Discover the shrimps from San Remo, the swimming of scampi with the aroma of Meursault or the green lasagna with Bolognese and Parmesan. His goal: to offer "gastronomy without a tie", "serious work without taking oneself too seriously". And for the desserts, no reason to deprive yourself: the sugar is replaced by birch water!
