For more than two years, the Monegasque Palace had closed one of the Principality's most prized restaurants (Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo**) in preparation for a major renovation. Summer 2023 marks the opening of a new gastronomic establishment, located in the heart of the elegant Hôtel Métropole and orchestrated by talented chef Christophe Cussac. It offers an exceptional culinary experience with its delicate, sophisticated cuisine.
