Gourmet products local specialties and wines Alluy

This farm is located in the Bazois region, in the commune of Alluy. Saffron is grown in this unspoilt environment, not far from the Canal du Nivernais and Châtillon-en-Bazois. Tours of the farm, with or without lectures, are available. A tasting session completes the tour. The store offers direct sales of saffron and saffron products made on the farm: jams, tea and fruit jellies, vinegar, mustard and fleur de sel.
