Céline Houde, an organic market gardener, works on her 1 hectare farm where many varieties of vegetables are grown, including local and forgotten vegetables such as bouejo, a dry bean from the Morvan that used to be widely cultivated. A method of cultivation based on permanent mulching, and a short sales circuit, favouring direct sales on the farm and at local markets. Composite baskets are also available and diversify according to the seasons. A great initiative to be encouraged, and a way to discover local cultures!
