If the castle dates back to the end of the th century, the names of the families Labet and Déchelette have been attached to the vine since the end of the Middle Ages. The domain led by François Labet today has 6 ha. Château de la Tour is one of the most important areas represented on these ancient Cistercian lands. Other productions are nevertheless entitled to quoted in the castle cellars: The Premier first believed «Les Vergelesses» (white), the Beaune «Clos du Above des Marconnets» (in red as well as in white), among others, might be like.
