Very famous in particular thanks to its castle of the clos de Vougeot, this small village is typical of the Burgundy coast. With its old stones, its low walls and its historical houses, the place is undeniably full of charm. To take advantage of it, stroll through the streets, especially the one of the old castle, and admire the vineyards that run alongside it. Even if they no longer produce wine, they are magnificent to admire and bear witness to the history of Burgundy. Since 1940, the castle has belonged to the Société des amis du Château du Clos de Vougeot and is managed by the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin.
