Domaine Pierre Labet is the largest owner of Clos de Vougeot, in Vougeot. He is also the only one to vinify on site at Château de la Tour. The Labet family has been present in Burgundy vineyards since the 15th century. In 1890, Château de la Tour was built in the heart of Clos de Vougeot, one of Burgundy's most famous Grands Crus. The estate covers some ten hectares, including 6 in Clos Vougeot and the other 4 around Beaune. The work in the vineyard is traditional and meticulous, with practices such as ploughing, disbudding and green harvesting. In the cellar, in the modern facilities of Château de la Tour, François Labet accompanies the grapes with respect and care to produce deep wines with a strong identity. Domaine Leymarie Ceci is a vineyard located in Vougeot, in the heart of Burgundy. With less than 4 hectares, it has been owned by the Leymarie family since 1969. This family, of French origin, had already been working as wine merchants in the Namur region of Belgium since 1928. The estate is also announcing a number of new developments, including organic conversion, the bottling of the 2021 vintage, the 2022 harvest and the opening of a gîte. The estate is ideally located near the world-famous Clos de Vougeot.
