So get off the seawall and queue up at Amélie Cobbaert, a civil engineer who fell in love with ice cream on a student job. Her flavors will blow you away: very dark chocolate, olive oil and sea salt, buttermilk strawberry, lemon tart... and those are just her usual flavors! For purists and children, there are also classics: Ugandan vanilla or milk chocolate.
