Olivier Willems, supported by his wife Inge who welcomes you with great kindness, opened his store in 1993 and has been delighting us ever since. His windows are always spectacular, sometimes revealing veritable chocolate monuments. But beyond the visual prowess, it's above all the flavor and originality of her pralines and macaroons that seduce: pralines with Poppolou salted beer, with gin&tonic, Ensor masks... A rigorous and talented craftsman, crowned best chocolatier in Flanders 2021 by Gault&Millau.
