Déception !

Je contacte l'agence pour connaître la dimension des lits de l'appartement que nous louons. On me répond par mail qu'ils sont d'1m60 alors qu'en réalité ils sont d'1m40 ! Il fallait, soi-disant, préciser que ma demande était "impérative". Aucun geste commercial pour leur mensonge, même pas une réduction sur l'entretien final s'élevant à 80 € ! Nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes. Je ne ferai plus appel à eux.
