Élodie Sauvageot, a young producer, set up in Tréclun in January 2024 to grow fruit trees on nearly one hectare. Currently in the process of converting to organic farming, she offers a full range of red fruits in summer, including raspberries, strawberries and the famous Burgundy blackcurrant. Élodie also offers a number of processed products, including jams (strawberry, raspberry, etc.) and raspberry vinegar, the perfect seasoning for salads. Recently, this passionate producer also began selling organic eggs.
