Chef Martin Vial and Laura Rulens have breathed new life into this magnificent restaurant housed in a 17th-century mansion clinging to the top of the ramparts. A l'occasion d'un trajet Paris Grenoble, j'ai eu la chance de m'arrêter dans ce bistrot gastronomique proposant tout ce qu'il faut pour se ressourcer très agréablement.

Tout était très bon : des amuses-bouches au dessert. Un repas qui m’a beaucoup satisfait. Beaucoup de saveurs, de fraîcheurs bref c’était excellent ! Je reviendrais c’est sûr !

Une très belle table donnant sur la plus belle vue de Semur en Auxois.
Cuisine gastronomique excellente.
Le plaisir est aussi bien dans les yeux que dans l assiette.
Service extrêmement agréable et professionnel.
