Expanded and redecorated in late 2022, Caps Bar is a Saulieu staple. Quite simply, there's something for everyone! Try the burgers, bruschettas, salads or daily specials from chef Anthony Cantali. And don't miss the desserts: apple pie, crème brûlée, coffee tiramisu... and the great cocktails prepared on site. All at low prices, and made with quality local produce. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, in the style of an English pub, especially in summer with the large terrace at the foot of the basilica.
