Founded in the late 60s, this family estate specializes in the production of Santenay Blanc. Domaine Antoine Olivier emphasizes environmental viticulture and uses methods that respect the environment. No synthetic products, pesticides or weedkillers are used in wine production. Harvesting is carried out by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The grapes are then carefully sorted before being placed in vats. The wines are aged in barrel for several months before bottling. The domaine offers a range of red and white wines, including Santenay "Clos des Champs Carafe" Blanc 2020 and Pommard "Les Noizons" Rouge 2019.

Nous venons de déguster un 1 er cru Beaurepaire de 2020 avec une épaule d’agneau boulangère et y avons pris un grand plaisir ; on a acheté les 3 dernières bouteilles de la cave de Santenay mais peut être en avez vous encore chez vous .
