Born in 2004 the Château de la Crée already talks about its wines : He won three medals in Macon in 2009, including the Gold medal for the 2006 Red Santenay Brotherhood Clos. Nicolas Ryhiner, who fell in love with this castle and his fence, decided to fulfil his passion for wine. The castle was beautifully renovated, with the cellar and cellars of the area, while remaining open for rent. For 2 500 € from Friday to Sunday, 15 people can stay in a superb setting. In the kitchen, worthy of a restaurant, you can follow cookery courses given by Thomas Lecourbe, chef at home. Nicolas Ryhiner has set up a young and Competent team for Wine and Wine. Over 9 hectares are thus exploited in «ecological» culture in seven villages, giving rise to sixteen already noticed appellations. Œnotourisme formulas are numerous during the year.

Chateau de la Cree is the most beautiful winery. The set-up, the size, the structure, professionalism, history is fascinating.
I highly recommend visiting - every cent and minute is worthwhile.
Notre « guide » Nicolas a été très pédagogue et sympa. Un grand merci pour la dégustation de blanc et rouge du domaine. Excellent et même en n’étant pas une fine connaisseuse j’ai vraiment profité.
Cave d’époque ! Sublime
Je recommande vivement

The tour of the chateau was brief but informative, and we were able to get up and personal with the vines they have growing right on the property.
The tasting was intimate and relaxed, with helpful descriptions of the wine. We did not feel pressured to buy anything but did leave with a few, reasonably priced bottles. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone in the area looking for a single 'chateau winery tour' and would specifically recommend asking for Nathan as your English speaking guide.
