Le Relais de la Source, created by Ahlame Buisard-Hajjami in 2020, immediately established itself as one of the finest gourmet restaurants in the Dijon region. The dining room in the former outbuilding of the Saint-Seine abbey and the tables set in the shady courtyard all contribute to the desire to discover the talents of the kitchen team. The 2 to 7-course menus are deliciously crafted from noble, local produce, with the majority of ingredients sourced from the Côte-d'Or region. The wine list is comprehensive, with a suggested wine and food pairing by the glass.

Belle découverte proche de dijon dans un joli cadre , personnel très accueillant.
Une très bonne cuisine, avec une mention spéciale pour la chef Pâtissière qui a régalé nos papilles avec son dessert au litchi ????

Une expérience gastronomique inoubliable ! Nous avons eu le plaisir de déjeuner dans ce restaurant gastronomique ce midi et chaque plat a été une véritable œuvre d'art pour les papilles autant que pour les yeux. Chaque bouchée était une explosion de saveurs, et chaque présentation était digne d'une œuvre d'art culinaire. C'est sans aucun doute l'une des meilleures découvertes gastronomiques que j'ai faites aux environs de Dijon. Le service était impeccable et l'ambiance raffinée. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine qui recherchent une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle.
