Restaurant offering 100% home cooking in Saint-Rémy.

La Mirabelle is the restaurant of Benjamin Rouzé and Clarisse Prou, both from Brittany. Benjamin's cuisine is 100% homemade, gastronomic and prepared as much as possible from local produce. In this former salt barn, whose dining room has a real cachet, discover the snail cromesquis as a starter, then an excellent duo of pigs with cabbage as a main course and finally a mysterious dome with green tea, blood orange and pomegranate to sublimate your tasting experience. The menu is renewed every two weeks or so, so make the most of it!

Petit restaurant donc il faut absolument réserver. Accueil très chaleureux par un couple qui partage avec les hôtes sa passion de la cuisine. Le chef élabore des plats très équilibrés dans tous les sens du terme. On se régale ! Un grand bravo !
