La Mirabelle is the restaurant of Benjamin Rouzé and Clarisse Prou, both from Brittany. Benjamin's cuisine is 100% homemade, gastronomic and prepared as much as possible from local produce. In this former salt barn, whose dining room has a real cachet, discover the snail cromesquis as a starter, then an excellent duo of pigs with cabbage as a main course and finally a mysterious dome with green tea, blood orange and pomegranate to sublimate your tasting experience. The menu is renewed every two weeks or so, so make the most of it!
