The emblematic color of Saint-Aubin wine is 75 % in white wines, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Murgers des Dents de Chien or En Remilly, for example, but red wine lovers can also enjoy it. There are also some beautiful appellations from the neighbouring villages as Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet or Meursault. Finally, in the heart of the village, rue de la Fontaine Canée the Caveau de Saint-Aubin has an exhibition area where you can admire the works of local artists.
