Housed in the remarkable Château Saint-Aubin, it invites you to enjoy memorable wine experiences. You'll also love the vineyard bike experience. The tour begins with a self-guided electric bike ride along the véloroute through the vineyards of Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Thanks to a digital guide application, you can explore these mythical terroirs at your own pace, while discovering the secrets of the sustainable viticulture practiced by Prosper Maufoux. Tasting stops along the way will allow you to taste wines directly from their production plots, an unforgettable sensory experience highlighting the finesse and complexity of Burgundy wines. La suite est très confortable. Le personnel est très aimable
Nous avons aussi assisté à la dégustation prestige : des explications claires et des crus de qualité.
Le restaurant permet des découvertes gustatives.
Enfin le petit déjeuner est copieux et les mets (sucré et salé) sont très appréciables. La charcuterie et le fromage proviennent de producteurs locaux.

The winemaker came to give us a special tour of the cave. He was extremely knowledgeable. The winery’s purest approach is something you simply cannot find everywhere and was not lost on us.
Lukas shared wines with us. He is a star on the rise. A gem of Burgundy on his own. I can’t wait to see what this man will achieve in his career. I hope the team realizes what a true asset he is to Prosper Maufoux.
We took some bottles with us and would have taken more if there was more room in the wine luggage.
