You'll also love the vineyard bike experience. The tour begins with a self-guided electric bike ride along the véloroute through the vineyards of Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Thanks to a digital guide application, you can explore these mythical terroirs at your own pace, while discovering the secrets of the sustainable viticulture practiced by Prosper Maufoux. Tasting stops along the way will allow you to taste wines directly from their production plots, an unforgettable sensory experience highlighting the finesse and complexity of Burgundy wines. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warmth and hospitality that makes you feel at home. The setting is picturesque, with beautifully restored cellars and a 15th-century chateau that adds to the charm. And of course, the wines are exceptional, with a range of flavors and aromas that showcase the best of Burgundy's terroir.
I highly recommend Maison Prosper Maufoux to anyone looking for a memorable wine tasting experience in France, and for those who want to extend their stay, the luxurious guest rooms made our trip the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vineyards.

Quant à la dégustation, elle s’adresse vraiment à des novices de chez novices. Nous aurions aimé être prévenus. Me retrouver à comparer la couleur de mon vin avec un patchwork, c’était gênant. Si vous n’avez absolument jamais fait de dégustation et n’y connaissez absolument rien, alors oui, faites-la. Sinon, ce sera juste gênant. Vous devriez mentionner cela dans vos descriptions.
En revenant, nous avons mentionné l’absence de freins. On nous a juste demandé sur quel vélo, et personne ne s’est excusé. Ils étaient gênés, mais ont oublié de s’excuser.
Bref, 98€/pers pour un service comme celui-ci : passez votre chemin. Très mauvais souvenir.
