Les Champs du Destin is a 100% organic bakery created by Jérôme Bruet. The unusual flours and cereals are produced on village land that has been preserved for many years. An organic baker since 1994, Jérôme is bursting with projects and has just published a book of gourmet recipes! His laboratory also prepares a range of chocolates made from lecithin-free cocoa paste and enriched with a variety of cereals. Every year at the right season, enjoy Easter eggs, Christmas chocolates and 100% organic beer.

Hélas je n'ai encore pas goûté le pain de la boulangerie, mais je viens de voir le reportage sur la 2 pour le regretter davantage. Je suis amateur et passionné du pain, et je suis capable, rien qu'à l'œil, de reconnaître un bon pain, bon au goût et à la santé. Le vôtre l'est sans hésitation. On voit la souplesse du pâton que seul lui donne le levain naturel, ce que confirment les gros trous dans la mie du pain tranché faites par les bulles de la fermentation naturelle. Alors bravo pour votre travail et pour le respect que vous montrez à votre produit et à vos clients!
