Dominique Halut has invested No. 5, not Coco Chanel, but on rue Saint-Paul instead of the old restaurant «L'Ostrich». The garden is connected with the title of places and the walls are filled with portraits of mythical couples icons of "Mad Love". The patron is familiar with the profession and especially the reception, which is very valuable. The card makes a great contribution to meat and poultry with names from both home and abroad. It is true that here the grill is in the middle of the restaurant, but unlike other establishments, you don't have a fragrant barbecue. The house does not betray the quality of the products: Belgian White Blue, Simmental, Angus, but also duck magret or hinges,… are cooked perfectly and generously accompanied (folle, season vegetables, picks potato, pétées potatoes). On the wine side, the map reveals known vintages on which one cannot be mistaken.
