Fabrizio Brunello cooks very well his grandmother's recipes, a traditional Venetian cuisine that he concocts from his open kitchen: the baccala mantecato, octopus, courgette rolls with ricotta and red pesto or the linguini Punto e pasta style (courgettes, cherry tomatoes, arugula and ricotta). New dishes are offered every two weeks. If you only had to choose one dessert, the soft homemade chocolate is the best! Thirty Italian wines can be found in the cellar. The pleasant setting adds to the charm.
