The Devillard family became owner of Domaine des Perdrix in 1996. The purchasers, who are largely up to the challenge, have highlighted the estate and made it a must. In total, the estate has 12 hectares of vineyards in the large terroirs of Côte de Nuits. There is no secret, to get a good wine, a know-how is needed, good grapes, precise work and a reasoned culture. Exactly the principles applied here. The estate produces wines recognized throughout the world, including Nuits-Saint-Georges Premiers Crus, Echezeaux Grands Crus, as well as a Bourgogne in pinot noir that is largely worth the detour.
Know in addition that The Devillard family also runs Domaine de la Ferté in Givry and Domaine du Château de Chamirey in Mercurey. The latter offers visits and tastings as well as a lodging and a seminar room.
