Mouéïma's Pizza was created by Mélinda Mussot, who left her pizza truck to prepare her dishes in the historic bread oven of her vast home in Pouilly-sur-Vingeanne. In a nod to her husband Fayçal's Moroccan culture, she also prepares excellent kebabs. Her dishes are made with fresh produce, right down to the French fries peeled daily. Her pizza dough is made with organic flour from the nearby Leopaul mill. Mélinda is also a master of homemade ice creams. In fine weather, her shady terrace and small park are perfect.
