Alexandre Rey and Linda Jean took over Les Marronniers in 2019, bringing their good humor and passion for hospitality to the table. A warm decor on the bistro side, where the menu is complemented by aperitif boards to accompany wines by the glass. Les Marronniers' must-try dishes include jambon persillé, Gaston Gérard-style chicken supreme, and pain d'épices perdu dessert with blackcurrant chantilly. A cuisine that's affordable for all, with incomparable flavors.

Encore merci pour cette soirée. Les jeunes serveurs et moins jeunes toujours au top. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée. Soucieux et à l'écoute de ses clients, nous nous sommes jamais sentit sans attention de votre part. Génial et rare dans ce domaine. Gardez cet enthousiasme et cette ambiance. La cuisine était au top comme dhab. A très bientôt !

Un bon moment passé dans ce restaurant qui fait également bar et hôtel !
L'accueil au top tout comme le service et la restauration sans oublier une ambiance de feu avec les locaux super accueillant.
Une farandole fût même organisée entre nous, les chtis et les Dijonais.

I had a wonderful dining experience here. The outdoor seating area was charming and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxed evening. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding — I tried the steak and Caesar salad, both of which were expertly prepared and full of flavor. The desserts were equally impressive, rounding off the meal beautifully. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for dinner if you’re in the area — highly recommended.
