Operated by passionate winegrower Marc Soyard, Domaine de la Cras has belonged to Greater Dijon since 2013. The 160-hectare estate is located between Dijon, Plombières and Corcelles-Les-Monts. The estate comprises 8 ha of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. Each year, Grand Dijon obtains no fewer than 2,000 bottles from the estate. The long-term aim is to obtain the Côte de Dijon appellation. In white and red, Coteaux de Dijon en Monopole has joined the Burgundy AOC and already offers excellent value for money.

Le GPS prévient : « vous êtes sur une route non asphaltée, voulez-vous continuer ? ». Bien sûr, on y va ! Nous avons rendez-vous chez Marc Soyard qui travaille son vin en fût de chêne, fait déguster dans la cave ses vins rouges ou blancs en expliquant sa façon de travailler. Les palettes destinées à des clients (on y a vu des noms prestigieux de la gastronomie) sont prêtes à partir. Pour nous, ce sera le « Domaine de la Cras » en blanc et en rouge, les « Hautes Côtes de Nuits » et une cuvée spéciale « Hermaïon » qui est un vrai petit plaisir de finesse…
