Had booked in advance, hotel was not busy, and had to change room three times (I.e the fourth room we were given) just to get working facilities. Staff did not care, just kept giving us another room. No apology, no discount, nothing! I stay at Ibis hotels regularly - I will not stay at this one again. Do better Ibis.

Rien ne va dans cet Ibis. Vous pouvez tomber sur des chambres rénovées (ce qui peut être une bonne expérience ?) ou, comme moi, sur des chambres vétustes avec une salle de bain non acceptable pour ce tarif. La douche avait un problème : le robinet et la poire coulaient en même temps, ce qui consomme de l’eau pour rien, et en plus, la pression de la poire était faible. J’ai signalé le problème, on m’a répondu « oui, oui », puis rien.
Et c’est là le deuxième point noir : le service n’est pas à la hauteur. Pour finir, le prix est exorbitant au vu de la qualité de la chambre. Quelle déception d'avoir laissé 230 € pour deux nuits !

Très bon séjour malgré quelques hics.... manque de parasols sur la terrasse et lors du petit déjeuner, les machines à café en panne d'où longue attente pour en avoir. Propreté dans la chambre très satisfaisant.
