Two young Parisian bakers who had fallen in love with Charleroi decided to settle there. Their products are shaped, kneaded and baked on the spot without the use of any chemical additives: in the workshop, they work in the purest bakery tradition. On the pastry side, the taste buds are as festive as the eyes thanks to their many small cakes. The boss doesn't hesitate to give a taste to the undecideds who push his door. We have a soft spot for the Carolo, a compact loaf of bread that deserves a mention.
