The Carion farmhouse managed by Éliane Carion and his brother François, installed near Beaune has been dairy cows breeder for 3 generations, it has produced cheeses since 1999. It is about sixty cows of Montbéliarde and Simmental breeds which annually provide 400 000 L of Pays Beaunois good milk. Approximately 130 000 L are processed on the farm. La Ferme du Hameau is initially well-known for its cream and its high quality butter. The product range is extended to the cottage cheese, little natural and aromatized, creamy, tome and yoghurts aromatized with natural fruit pulps. Some come from Emmanuelle Baillard, a quality and flavours reference. The commercial organization of the farmhouse is optimal, you can come there at the end of the day, but also to find it on the markets of Beaune, Nuits and Chagny, in certain fairs like that of Talant or during the open day of the region's wine growers such as Domaine Denis in Pernand Vergelesses or Miolane in Saint Aubin.
