What attracts the eye to this corner building (and former hotel) are first of all the vintage umbrellas on its terrace overlooking the Museum of Fine Arts and once inside, the neon sign bearing the name of the restaurant. Tom Snijders is at the helm and offers a short menu made of carefully selected products where vegetables are the king. No frills, we let the ingredients express themselves like this chicken in juice, portobello and red endive. The surprise came with the dessert: a light millefeuille with banana cream, a real treat.
