Restaurant in Antwerp offering cuisine from the South of France.
This establishment in the shadow of the cathedral offers the very best of southern French cuisine. Christine is in charge of service and Bruno, the chef, is behind the stoves. The name evokes nothing in the language of Molière, but if you translate it as "the guardian angel", you'll better understand the presence of the cherubs scattered around the large dining room. Menus are based on the rhythm of the seasons, with fine meat dishes (hare, duck foie gras...). Vegetarians are not forgotten. Ideal for getting back in touch with French flavors.

you'll find "De Reddende Engel", serving typical southern French cuisine.
The livers and ducks are imported directly from France, as are the
tarbais beans (the only ones that don't sing).
All preparations (terrines, duck confits, puff pastries, pastries and ice cream) are homemade
pastries and ice creams).
Every day, we enthusiastically and wholeheartedly let our guests
appreciate the hospitality and culinary finesse of our country.
Passion and dedication, combined with the skills we bring to our work, have given us

Le poisson et l'agneau sont incroyables. Le dessert est excellent.
Sabine est vraiment géniale, très attentive et sympathique.
Du service super sympa à la sélection de boissons, en passant par la nourriture de première classe et le lieu, tout est au top.
