In 2014, Charles-Guillaume and Blandine Simon took over this wine merchant's house to create an artisanal distillery in a completely renovated space. The idea is simple: to produce exceptional spirits combining tradition and modernity. L'Ô DE JŌ (London Dry Gin), L'Ô D'ICY (grape or wine brandies), B-A-R JŌ (pastis), liqueurs, with a still all in sparkling copper to heat marcs whose distillate is aged according to original recipes.
