The Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx is a former wine house in Meursault whose owners, winegrowers, merchants and soon to be hotel and restaurant owners at the Hôtel de la Commaraine, are committed to excellence. You are welcomed in a totally and superbly renovated cellar leading to a terrace overlooking the Murisaltian vineyards. Each tasting includes a visit to the cellars and can be accompanied by a VIP snack.

Un endroit idéal pour acheter du vin... beaucoup d'informations, de bons choix, un personnel formidable... Le vin n'est pas du vin... on l'apprend vite ici en Bourgogne... Nous avons pris quelques bouteilles et les dégusterons dans environ 2 ans... un vin assez jeune qui a encore besoin d'être nourri..
