Thiebault Huber, who created his estate in 1994, is not a young estate, since his history goes back to 1926. The estate is located in magnificent premises at the northern entrance to Meursault, where the winery, cellar and tasting room are grouped together in a modern building. The 9.5 ha of vines have been organically grown since 2001, controlled and certified by Ecocert since 2005. The organic wines are both whites and reds, with appellations ranging from Mercurey to Pernand-Vergelesses, via Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and Meursault.
