Domaine Jean Monnier is undoubtedly the one of a passionate… And because of this, this is an area that has been run by the same family since 1720! Today, Jean-Claude and his son Nicolas are head of 16 hectares of vine from the Beaune Coast. Their catalog consists of white as red and Burgundy appellation, Villages or even First Cru swith names that make it dream more than one: Meursault Les Charmes; Pommard Fremiers or in Puligny-Montrachet village Little Nosroyes… In short, very beautiful products often recognized as such by specialists. Visitare la Borgogna è stato come vivere in un sogno. Per i suoi vigneti, i vini, i formaggi ma soprattutto per il calore della sua gente. In questo sogno Meursault e la visita al caveau di Monnier hanno un posto speciale. Hugo e Regis ci hanno accolto con gentilezza spiegandoci, senza risparmiarsi, la storia di ogni singolo grappolo d'uva e la sapienza antica che li trasforma nei loro splendidi vini. Grazie per tutto, da una pazza famiglia. Andrea, Stefania, Giulia ed Enea (e tutti gli altri ????)

De passage à Meursault un mercredi nuageux on entre pour voir ce qu'on peut nous faire goûter. Rencontre avec Hugo, un passionné, les vins sont bons, on peut déguster à la pièce. Mais surtout merci pour les précieuses explications sur la vie des vignerons et les appellations.
