Domaine Sipp-Mack, organic in Alsace since 1698: Rosacker & Osterberg Grand Cru terroir wines, tastings and gîtes.

Since 1698, the Sipp-Mack estate has been combining tradition and boldness on 24 hectares of certified organic vines in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. At the helm, Jacques, Laura and their daughter Carolyn sublimate the Rosacker and Osterberg grands crus with passion. Step through the cellar door: fresh, cheerful Alsace rosé, Riesling Vieilles Vignes as taut as a line of light, dry, racy Rosacker Pinot Gris... a true festival of sensations. And if you feel like it, there are five cosy gîtes for 2 to 5 people with views over the vineyards.

Gentiment reçu par le propriétaire nous avons goûté des vins qui étaient excellents, une acidité bien maîtrisée et beaucoup de fruité pour le riesling vieilles vignes et le pinot gris grand cru Osterberg quand à lui dévoile des arômes incroyables, il accompagnera à merveille des plats épicés mais pourra aussi se déguster comme ça, pour le plaisir, au coin du feu.

Visited the shop on Saturday around 17:15, which is situated in a cellar underneath the building. There is no large sign that it regards the shop and degustation location. Look for a small wooden door that says Sipp Mack, which is on the left from the Yellow building. Pleasant reception by the owner.
