Alsace organic wines: discover the Mader family estate, between Hunawihr and Kientzheim, Grands Crus and exceptional cuvées.

On this exceptional land between Hunawihr and Kientzheim, a family cultivates the art of wine with passion and exacting standards. Jean-Luc, Anne and their son Jérôme, an oenologist by training, work 10.6 hectares organically, including the prestigious Grands Crus Rosacker and Schlossberg. Here, nature reigns supreme: no chemicals, just instinct, respect for the soil... and mad talent. The result? Cuvées vibrant with authenticity: the Riesling Haguenau 2021, an intense Gewurztraminer Rosacker 2018, and a Crémant Extra-Brut ready to celebrate your finest moments.

wow!! already knew i was a fan of their pinot gris which we can find in australia, but Jerome's hospitality, passion, and insight into their wine making process made this visit one of my best memories of Alsace! my partner and i were lucky enough to organise a tasting and struggled to leave with only four bottles!! everything we tried was incredible, especially the different rieslings and the late harvest gewurztraminer! whilst not in one of the bigger towns, it's definitely a must visit if doing an Alsatian wine tour!
