An interlude at the other end of town, where the nonchalant neo-surfer vibe takes hold of you straight away. You pick up a book or a Strela to enjoy on the terrace, and all is well. In the evenings, the friendly staff serve regional dishes, and at breakfast time you can watch the waves for your surf session. Andreas, a very helpful French speaker, will give you the best tips for discovering the area. All rooms are bright, most have mosquito nets and all have en-suite bathrooms.

With its 4 rooms, Casa Strela is a meeting place where life is good. We do our utmost to make your stay a pleasant experience and make you feel right at home. The interior is decorated in a natural, rustic style, without sacrificing the comfort of good beds, hot water and free Wi-Fi. At Casa Strela, cleanliness© is a priority. This B&B aims for sustainable tourism, pays fair wages and uses local businesses. The excursions and hikes we offer are very often an opportunity to meet local people and learn more about the culture and nature of Cape Verde. As often as possible, we use local products, Tarrafal staff and regional craftsmen.
