The history of our residence begins when the young entrepreneurs Stefano and Luciano decided to invest in the construction project of the Las Rochas Mindelo residence.

ABOUT US

The aparthotel Las Rochas Mindelo is located in the picturesque landscape of the island of Sao Vicente and more precisely in the new Lazareto district in Mindelo. Developed on an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, it consists of 74 apartments spread over six floors and 6 commercial rooms. On the ground floor, in addition to the reception, there is a bar-restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the bay of Mindelo and the immediate beaches below. In the basement there is a large garage and all the rooms serving the complex. The units are of different sizes with one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, all with a bright living space which, thanks to large sliding windows, provides a beautiful direct view of the ocean. Due to the particularly high position in relation to the water, sea views from any unit are absolutely guaranteed and exceptional. From the generous loggia you can admire the large harbour of the majestic island of Santo Antao.

The solarium area is located on two levels while at beach level there are adult and children's pools with changing rooms, showers and the gym with direct ocean views. On the same level there is an additional snak-bar and the covered living room. Long transparent windows protect the pools for a pleasant break, even on windy days in the first months of the year. The water temperature will be attenuated by the solar thermal system for hot baths throughout the year. Convenient access to the sea connects the pool area to the white sandy beach only 50 metres away. An additional sandy beach has been created just outside the solarium and directly next to the residence. Just a few steps away from Las Rochas is a brand new public sports centre and playground located directly on the beach, with free football, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and colourful areas and stages for musical performances and entertainment. The special feature of the Las Rochas Residence is that the completely autonomous real estate units will be able to enjoy, upon request, all the classic services of a large hotel, from laundry and housekeeping services to catering, entertainment, the airport, car rental and guided walks.
