Visit Roland and Christelle Van Hecke, who will be delighted to welcome you to their cellar in Grancey-sur-Ource. Roland Van Hecke vinifies and handles his Crémants himself in a winery modernized in 2018, enabling the vines to be grown on a 6-hectare area on the Gomméville hillsides. The very good 2024 harvest assures the estate of production of at least 25,000 bottles by 2025. Several crémants awarded in competitions.
