Alain Gillon, a farmer from the Châtillonnais region, started out in viticulture in 1995 with his brother Patrick. Julien and Romain, their respective sons, took over the reins of the family domaine, investing heavily. The estate is set in a superb location, in the heart of the village and on the banks of the Seine, and comprises just over 9 hectares of vines. Always on the lookout for something new, the owners are proud to present a Crémant blanc de noirs and an oak-aged white wine for 2025. Two rare cuvées in the Châtillonnais region.

Un très beau domaine familial qui transmet sa passion de père en fils. Expérience gustative et humaine garantie. De très bons crémants et champagnes. Un petit coup de coeur pour le champagne blanc de noirs (brut). Un domaine sans prétention, qui mérite plus d'attention !

Une excellente cave d'une exploitation familiale. La présentation des vins (crémant, champagne et vin tranquille) y est précise et particulièrement soignée. Je recommande vigoureusement.
